Ceramics demand specialist protection. We employ custom fitted double-wall corrugated boxes, biodegradable shock-absorbent cushioning, and protective bubble layers engineered specifically for international and domestic courier transit.
Once your order leaves our London studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a direct tracking link for your respective courier (Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, FedEx, or DHL).
Returns & Breakages
We guarantee delivery intact. If your order sustains transit damage, simply email us clear photos of the packaging and the broken piece at support@elitevasestudio.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch an expedited free replacement or issue a 100% full refund. You do not need to ship broken ceramics back to us.
Yes. We offer a 14-day return window starting from your delivery date. The item must be entirely unused and repacked securely in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping courier costs for change-of-mind returns. We charge zero restocking fees. Read our full Return Policy.
Once your return arrives at our studio and passes inspection (usually within 1-2 business days), we will process your refund. It typically takes 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect back onto your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Orders & Payment
Our checkout is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Card data is tokenized and never stored on our servers.
We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please email or call us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order is handed to our courier, it cannot be altered or cancelled, and must be processed as a standard return upon delivery.
